About Jacqueline

I have attended Robinwood Art Classes over the last 18 years. Initially to help me teach art as a primary school teacher but I soon learned to love the whole process of creating pictures and now attend to improve my techniques and knowledge.

In 2009 at the Save The Children Exhibition I sold both my pictures and won the annual competition. I am also a member of Ayr Art Circle. In the last two years I have, together with a colleague, begun to work more at home focusing on producing work using acrylic inks ( see my painting of a quirky puffin) and/ or mixed media painting mainly land and seascapes , I have had success in selling such works at Save The Children Exhibition, Eglington Open Studios Exhibition, Azure Gallery, Ayr Hospital Exhibition and Bhaille Bakery. We also started up a successful stall at Troon Arts and Craft Fair selling prints and cards.

My love for painting has never waned and I am always looking to improve my technique and quality of work and I would now like to take my work to a higher level.
