How do I pay?
We accept most major credit cards including; Master Card, Delta, Connect, VISA, VISA Debit, JCB, Switch & UK Maestro. Unfortunately we cannot accept Visa Electron both online or over the telephone. If you wish to use American Express please place your order by telephone. We also accept PayPal.
Can I order over the phone ?
Yes, if you prefer not to order your goods online you can easily call us and our dedicated staff will take you through the buying process manually.
What is the delivery time?
Please allow 3-5 weekdays to most UK postcodes. We also offer next weekday delivery. Please see our delivery page for more information
What is the cost for shipping?

How do I get free UK delivery?
If your total order value (minus delivery) is over £50 and are having your goods sent to a UK mainland address then you will qualify for FREE shipping.
My parcel is late, what do I do?

My parcel has arrived damaged, what do I do?
If your parcel has arrived damaged please contact us immediately. You can email us with photos of the damages and your order packing note to info@artdiscount.co.uk
The item I want is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?
This will depend entirely on what product you are buying. Please contact us and we will inform you of when we will have new stock.
Is the website updated on a regular basis?
Yes, our website prices, stock and products are updated daily.
I would like to buy from you but don't have a credit card, what do I do?
We can take payment in a variety of ways but if you would like to pay by anything other than a credit card please contact us first or use PayPal.
Is VAT included?
Yes, all prices displayed on the website are INCLUSIVE of UK VAT at current rate.
An automated invoice is created & emailed upon sale of items. This invoice displays our VAT No.

Why is there surcharges on deliveries to Scottish Middle and Upper Counties?
Deliveries to certain areas in Scotland, particularly the Middle and Upper Counties, often incur a surcharge due to their remote locations. These regions are classified as out-of-area or extended delivery zones by most couriers, which means transporting goods there involves longer travel times, additional handling, or special logistical arrangements.
As a result, our delivery partners apply additional charges, which we unfortunately have to pass on to ensure we can continue offering reliable and timely service across all regions. We always strive to keep these costs as low as possible and are happy to explore alternative shipping options if available.

How do your volume discounts work?
The volume discount is applied automatically to your order in the basket, based on the quantity being ordered. Please note these volume discounts do not work in conjunction with any other offer.
Use of any Special Offer Code for this particular product will supersede the volume discount.
Do I have to be a member to shop at Art Discount?
No, you do not have to be a member to shop at Art Discount although being a member is one of the new features on our newly improved site. You will create your account at your first sale on our new site as you proceed to checkout. This feature will now enable you to manage your own account online.
