Returns & Replacements
All orders are accepted and agreed by both parties under the following conditions:
The customer accepts these conditions when ticking the "Terms and Conditions acceptance box" at the end of the checkout procedure.
Returns
If you wish to return an unwanted item, please ensure the item is returned in its original, saleable condition within 60 days of receipt of your order, and follow these steps:
- Download and complete the Product Returns Form
- Include the completed form in the parcel with the unwanted item(s)
- Send the parcel to our Returns Team at the address below:

Carriage costs associated with returned goods are to be paid by the customer. Please remember to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
Liability is restricted to the replacement of the unsatisfactory goods or the refund of their purchase price.
For the avoidance of doubt; the liability of Jackson's Art Supplies for any direct or indirect consequential losses is expressly excluded.
The above terms are in addition to your statutory rights under the laws applying to The Sale of Goods and Distance Selling Act.
60-Day Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
You may return unwanted items within 60 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original, saleable condition.
You can return unwanted items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returns received between 31 and 60 days will be issued as store credit.
Shipping and Return Costs
While we will refund the cost of the product(s), you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Unlike some areas of e-commerce, such as fashion, we work on small margins to keep our prices low, and as a result, we don't build a returns price into our selling price, and we’re unable to refund the original courier delivery costs.
This applies to both refunds and store credit.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, our Returns Team will issue a refund within 14 days.
If your return is made within 30 days of delivery, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method.
Returns received more than 30 days after delivery and up to 60 days will be issued as store credit.
Items Exempt from Return
Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for the following items:
- Gift Vouchers
- Pressed metal leaf
- Cut to order paper sheets
- Cut to order canvas by the metre
- Clearance items
- Special Order items
- Photosensitive items (e.g. photopolymer plates)
- Bespoke (made to order) frames, canvas, and panels
If such items are returned, they may be sent back to you.
Condition of Returned Goods
Returned goods must be in a resalable condition. If the item has been used or damaged beyond its original state, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value of the goods.
Faulty goods
Goods received by the customer and claimed to be faulty must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of order for investigation. In most cases the goods will need to be returned to Jackson's Returns Team by the customer and at the customer's expense.
If Jackson's Art find upon receipt of returned goods that they are indeed faulty then the customer is entitled to replacement goods or full refund plus reimbursement of return carriage costs.
The customer has a duty of care to return the goods, in their original condition and adequately protected and packaged to the following address:

Claims or report for non delivery of goods:
Jackson's Art does not accept any liability for failure in delivering goods that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control. Any consideration or discretion exercised over non delivery can only be given providing non delivery is reported within 28 days from date of order.
Damaged goods in transit/ shortages:
In order to comply with our carriers' terms of insurance, we must be informed (by telephone or e-mail) of any damage to goods in transit or shortages within 24 hours of receipt of order. ARTdiscount will be responsible for the collection of the damaged goods and for replacements to be sent.
Please note:
Claims cannot be considered after 24hrs of receipt of order as this would be considered to be outside of contract.
Amending or Cancelling an Order
We’re unable to add items to orders after they’ve been placed. However, if you’ve made a mistake with your delivery address, or you wish to cancel an order, please contact us info@artdiscount.co.uk or +44 (0)20 7362 6700 before dispatch, and we will assist you.
Guarantee & Limitation of Liability
We guarantee your total satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the merchandise you receive, you are entitled to a full replacement or refund.
We ask that you contact us within 14 days so that the exchange or refund can be arranged to your satisfaction.
a)Jackson's Art shall only be liable to the customer for any faulty goods, and that liability is restricted to, at Jackson's Art Ltd option, the replacement of the faulty goods or the refund of its purchase price.
b) For the avoidance of doubt; the liability of Jackson's Art Ltd for any direct or indirect consequential losses is expressly excluded.
