The majority of our orders are dispatched by carrier rather than by post for the reasons of size, weight and the signature requirement. Online tracking is available on most consignments.

Normal delivery schedules prevail on most orders, however, due to occasional seasonal circumstances which may affect our routine dispatch services, it is not possible to guarantee any specific delivery date.

Any uncommon delivery requests will be considered at our discretion.
International deliveries can only be made to the card holders address.
Please be aware of the possible difficulties encountered when not receiving delivered goods in person.
