My name is Kate Novak, and I am 40 years old. I am an artist and have lived in the UK for 15 years. I started painting when I was a child developing and improving my techniques whilst learning, searching and trying to not stick with any limitations.

My favourite artist is Salvador Dali as well as many other surrealism orientated artist. They had great influence on my art in 2003-2015. Through those years I have been inspired by human emotions, reaction and behaviour. My paintings inspirations and ideas, especially the horse series, come straight from my dreams.

I use different mediums - oils acrylics, pens, marker and pastels. I enjoy discovering new ways of mixing and matching artistic media to express my creative side. I love to express my self on big canvases or wooden boards, I feel more freedom when I have more space :)

I had few exhibitions in Poland as well as in Leeds 2017 and Sheffield 2006. You can find my art on online galleries such Saatchiart Gallery where I have managed to get my major sell to California and Monaco. Some of my drawings have been sold to Germany and Poland. It is a really incredible feeling when you see that people wish to have that little piece of your creation in their homes, to look at them, feel their own story related to my art. I wish to share my art with people.
