Winsor & Newton Professional Artists' Varnish

Winsor & Newton Professional Artists' Varnishes are quality UV-resistant varnishes that maintains the painting for longer, suitable for use with oil, alkyd, and acrylic paints.

Sealing the microscopic pores on the oil paint film provides resistance to dirt and grease as well as balances out the surface sheen.

These varnishes are removable using solvents such as white spirit, distilled turpentine, or varnish remover.

Product Details:

• Do not use until painting is dry (at least 6/12 months with oils). 
• Do not use as a medium.
• Dries quickly to a non-yellowing film, does not bloom or crack.
• Available in matte, satin, and gloss finishes.
