These Derwent Inktense Block Metal Tin Sets feature the brilliance of their Inktense pencils but in a slim block making it easy to cover large areas really quickly. Use like a pencil or soft pastel and with a watercolour brush to turn flat colour and smooth highly pigmented ink washes, or take colour directly from the block like a traditional watercolour half pan to paint directly with Inktense.

The blocks complement the Inktense range perfectly opening up an exciting world of endless possibilities. They can also be used on fabric to create stunning silk paintings and quilts.

We suggest using a watercolour sketchbook along side refillable waterbrushes for instant and convenient access to powerful ink washes when inspiration strikes or you're out and about.
