Pro Arte Sterling Acrylix Series 201 - Short Flat

This ground-breaking brush from Pro Arte was designed primarily for acrylic painters, but has since been eagerly adopted by oil painters who have quickly realised what a precise and versatile tool it is. 

Sterling Acrylix mimics the feel of classic hog brushes with long, stiff nylon allowing for control and precision. Pro Arte's blend of hair allows for an excellent snap and spring, and its colour makes it easy for artists to see the colour of the paint being applied more effectively.

These brushes feature a longer handle allowing expressive/gestural strokes to give a dynamic and lively painting as well as allowing the artist to stand at a distance from the painting.
