Pebeo Vitrail Matt Medium - 45ml

The Vitrail Matt medium gives a matt, flat finish to Vitrail colours. Can be used pure to add translucency without colour.

Pebeo's Vitrail colours can be applied with a brush on most carefully degreased transparent surfaces, such as glass, acetate, polyester, Plexiglas, and more.

Can be used with Pebeo Vitrail Colours and Cerne Relief Outliner.
