Essdee Lino Rolls are designed specifically for linocut relief printmaking, providing a reliable and easy-to-carve surface for both beginners and experienced printmakers. The lino is 3.2mm thick and supplied as a large roll, allowing it to be cut down into custom sizes and shapes to suit individual projects.

The surface is carved using lino cutters or knives to create the image, then inked with a roller to produce a positive print on paper or fabric. Prints can be made by hand or with a press, using water-based or oil-based lino inks, or block printing medium mixed with paint.
