Derwent Watersoluble Sketching Pencils, ideal for creating expressive tonal drawings, alongside line and wash sketches. 

Like Derwent's traditional sketching pencils, they have a wide strip. This is great for quick, loose sketches, precise detail when sharpened, and – when water is added – for creating washes to give work a softer feel.

These pencils come in three grades; light, medium, and dark.
