Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in our Affiliate Program. By joining, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which align with our partnership with the Affiliate Platform AWIN. We encourage you to read and understand these Terms and Conditions and contact us with any questions.

Definitions

- ARTdiscount® is a trading name of Jackson’s Art Supplies Ltd, with a registered office at 1 Farleigh Place, London, N16 7SX
- "AWIN": AWIN Ltd, with a registered office at 2 Thomas More Square, London, E1W 1YN 
- "Affiliate": You, the approved affiliate participating in the program
- "Affiliate Program": The program for promoting our brand by approved affiliates
- "Website": Our website, www.artdiscount.co.uk
- "Confidential Information": Any documents, information, or materials provided to you, intended to be confidential

Joining the Program

To become an affiliate, you must use AWIN's platform, agreeing to their terms and conditions. Acceptance into the program does not guarantee specific results, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

- Promote our products responsibly, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing email marketing and anti-spam.
- Use approved affiliate links only on your own website or social media profile.
- Respect intellectual property rights by using any provided imagery, videos, or content as intended, without modification.

Affiliate Relationship

The relationship between affiliates, ARTdiscount and Jackson's Art Supplies is one of independent contractors. As you aren’t our agent, partner, or employee, you have no authority to bind ARTdiscount and Jackson's Art Supplies in any way. You also acknowledge that our services might have interruptions or errors, for which we are not liable.

Commissions and Payments

Commissions are paid through AWIN's platform. We are not responsible for any tax or insurance obligations related to your earnings as an affiliate. 

Termination and Inactive Accounts

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. 

Confidentiality

You agree that you will keep your account details confidential and will not share them with any other person. You will also keep all marketing and other materials in relation to ARTdiscount and Jackson’s Art Supplies confidential and will not use them for any purpose other than in connection with the promotion of ARTdiscount and Jackson’s Art Supplies.
