Derwent Academy Acrylic Paints

Derwent Academy Acrylics are made from rich pigments and a formulation that retains tinting strength, colour vibrancy and consistency whether used alone or mixed with other painting mediums.

Use straight from the tube or dilute with water or painting medium to achieve lighter wash effects. Once dry, the surface becomes water-resistant and the colours are completely intermixable and can be applied to a range of surfaces including canvas, paper, wood, leather, and fabrics.

We suggest using these paints with a selection of synthetic brushes which will handle both thick and thinned acrylics nicely.
